Hi Michael:

It's always best to use a true commercial real estate agent when dealing with commercial properties.

These dealings are so different...

Hi Paul: Although I started out in residential real estate, I wouldn't touch a residential transaction now. I refer them to the experts. Thanks.

Hi Toula: I agree, just as residential short sale transactions, commercial transactions can also be complicated. Thanks.

Michael, it's always best to refer clients to unknown territory...which for me would be commercial real estate. :)

Michael, I promote the use of a commercial Realtor®, I have worked in that market and now proudly refer to the experience of someone that is a specialist...
Life is best, when experienced, first hand,

Paul: That's the exact reason why I don't do residential real anymore. Thanks.

Michael, there would never be a question in my mind about referring a customer with commercial needs to an expert commercial Realtor. After all, I would not want my dentist to operate on my appendix just because he is a doctor.

Silvia: that's a very good analogy for commercial real estate. I will remember this one. Thanks for stopping by.

Good Advice, Michael, I've focused on residential and investment properties and would refer any commercial listings to an agent with the experience to handle them.

Debbie: I've found it is best to focus on a specific specialty. Thanks for stopping by.
