Well Michael, It appears you have the inventory for a great 2009, but those absorption rates are somewhat discouraging...
Paul: I think things are going to change in 2009. The calls are starting to pick up.
Hi Michael -- It is going to be a challenging market in 2009! We will see how the stimulus packages impact things in the next few months. I know everyone is cautiously optimistic that things will start to move again. All the best in 2009!
